Welcome to DomainHero, a trading name of Winn-Brown And Co LLC-FZ ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing our domain name connection services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Scope

  • We provide one-time domain name connection services for websites built on WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace. Other platforms may be accepted at our discretion. If we cannot connect a domain for a non-listed platform, a refund will be issued.

2. Access Requirements

  • To complete the domain connection, we require accurate and working admin access to both your website and your domain name registrar. This information must be provided during the purchase process.

  • No refunds will be issued if the provided details are incorrect or incomplete.

3. No Ongoing Support

  • Our service is a one-time setup; no ongoing support is included. After completing the connection, any further modifications or troubleshooting are outside the scope of this service.

4. Fees and Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of extenuating circumstances, which will be assessed at our discretion.

  • Liability for any claims, damages, or losses is limited to the total fees paid for our services.

5. Timeline and Completion

  • While we aim to complete the domain connection within 24 hours, Squarespace SSL certificates can take up to 72 hours to generate. We will monitor progress and liaise with Squarespace support if needed to complete the connection.

  • Please note that timelines cannot be guaranteed due to potential third-party delays.

6. No Website Modifications

  • We will not make edits to your website beyond what is required to connect the domain.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the UK courts.
